     Being a vendor/crafter at the Olcott Beach Car show is an exciting opportunity to showcase a wide range of products to a diverse audience. This annual event, located in Olcott Beach, New York, attracts visitors from near and far who come to experience the charm and beauty of the beach town while exploring various local businesses and vendors.  It offers an opportunity to connect with customers, share the story behind the products, and witness their joy as they discover unique treasures. Not only does this event provide a platform to showcase local artistry and craftsmanship, but it also serves as a catalyst for economic growth within the community by supporting small businesses and local producers.

You must set up in the park between 6:00 am and 7:00 am. You will not be able to set up after 7:00 am from the road. You will have to go thru the park.   If you can't setup, vendor fee are not refundable.  No Exceptions.  Space is limited, so sign up now.  You will be responsible for your own setup- tables, generators, etc.  The sale of knifes, firearms, ammunition or alcoholic beverages is PROHIBITED.    You can download the vendor form below.
